• Account details: your name and email address (via Google sign-in or email one-time code).
• Admission details: student and parent/guardian names, occupations, date of birth, gender, playing level and experience, school/college and class.
• Contact details: residential address, city, state and mobile numbers.
• Documents you upload: passport photo, Aadhaar card, school/college ID and additional photographs.
• Payment records: amount, fee period, and payment identifiers. Card/UPI/bank details are handled directly by our payment gateway and are never stored on our servers.

• To process your admission and create your student profile.
• To collect fees, issue receipts and maintain your payment history.
• To send you notifications and reminders (in-app and email) about fees, payments and academy updates.
• To verify identity and maintain accurate academy records.
• To respond to your queries and provide support.

We share only the data necessary for these trusted services to function:

• Supabase — secure database, authentication and document storage.
• Razorpay — payment processing. Your payment instrument details are collected and processed by Razorpay under their own privacy policy.
• Google — optional sign-in with your Google account.
• Resend — delivery of transactional and reminder emails.

Your data is stored on secured Supabase infrastructure. Uploaded documents are kept in a private storage bucket and are accessible only to you and authorised academy staff through time-limited secure links. We apply row-level access controls so that students can only access their own records.

The Academy serves players of all ages, including minors. Admission forms for minors are expected to be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who consents to the collection of the student's information for the purpose of coaching and academy administration.

• Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.
