Terms of Service

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during admission.
• For students who are minors, a parent or legal guardian must complete the admission and accept these Terms on the student's behalf.
• You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.

Submission of the admission form does not by itself guarantee enrollment. Admission is confirmed only after the one-time admission fee is successfully paid and the Academy accepts the application. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of admission.

• A one-time admission fee is payable to confirm enrollment.
• Recurring monthly fees are payable as per the schedule shown in your dashboard.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway (Razorpay). A receipt is generated for every successful payment.
• Fees are subject to revision; any changes will be communicated in advance.

The admission fee and paid monthly fees are generally non-refundable. Any refund request arising from a duplicate or erroneous transaction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To raise such a request, contact the Academy using the details below.

• Students are expected to attend sessions punctually and follow the coach's instructions.
• Respectful behaviour towards coaches, staff and fellow players is required at all times.
• The Academy may suspend or cancel enrollment for serious misconduct.

Badminton involves physical activity. By enrolling, you confirm the student is medically fit to participate. The Academy is not liable for injuries sustained during training except where caused by proven negligence on its part.

The Academy may capture photographs and videos during training, events and tournaments for records and promotional purposes. If you do not wish for a student's image to be used, please notify us in writing.

The portal is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for continuous availability and accuracy, we are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, third-party gateway failures, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Darbhanga, Bihar.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
